Gain Spell Counters

In the Turbo Duels, you will gain or lose Speed Counters based on the conditions below:

At the beginning of each standby phase. (+1)
When you Normal Summon monster but Special Summon and Flip Summon are not included. (+2)
When you Synchro Summon monster. (+3)
When a monster you control is destroyed. (-1)
Maximum Speed Counter is 12.

Exclusive Skill: Speed Spell - Acceleration

Skill Details:

In Turbo Duels, you can remove Speed Counters to use the Skill "Speed Spell - Acceleration".
You can use both your EX Skill and the skill that you have set to your Deck in Turbo Duels.

Description:

Can be used by removing Speed Counters. Effects vary depending on how many Speed Counters you removed:

Speed Spell - Acceleration
Remove 4 Counters All monster you control gain 200 ATK until the end of the turn.
Remove 6 Counters Select 1 Level 4 or lower monsters in your hand that can be Normal Summoned. Play the selected monster.
Remove 8 Counters Draw 1 card from the deck.
Remove 10 Counters Destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field.

Notes

Duel a lvl 10 Legendary Duelist to make the process easier.
Stall with any monster or any Trap monster.
Use Different Dimension Capsule to search the Earthbound Immortal and Mystic Box.
Summon the Earthbound Immortal using the Trap monsters as tribute.
Give Guardian Statue or Golem Sentry to your opponent using Mystic Box.
Every turn your opponent will return the Earthbound Immortal to your hand so you can later summon it.
After summoning the Earthbound Immortal 3 times you can end the duel.
Make sure to use the Earthbound Immortal to finish the opponent's LP.

It is recommended that you carefully choose what to spend them on, because you can not obtain anymore after the DS Carly Carmine event ends.

I am afraid the new skill was born death, it just does nothing to help fortune ladies, with that LP requirement it is totally unplayable even when building a meme deck.
I would have preferred a second copy of Fortune Vision

Nah, this might be the last Carly event before she is added to the gate. Konami hates burn deck, it's unlikely they give us FL Fire
