Skill Details

Can be used after your Life Points decrease by 1500. Play 1 "Future Visions" from outside of your Deck. This Skill will only activate if you begin the Duel with a Deck that has 5 or more "Fortune Lady" monsters with different names.

Exactly. totally underpowered and restricted, it will not work on fortune ladies not even on random meme decks.

Terrible skill. The idea of Future Vision is to trigger LIGHT´S effect and get you EARTH or DARK with that FL consistency would improve since you could run 3 LIGHTS and not rely on backrow if you do not draw CALLING you would even have a chance to use FORTUNE FUTURE.
This skill just makes everything worse, you lose TIME PASSAGE, you gotta run 3 LIGHTS that are dead cards until you reduce your LP (not forgetting that they return to the field leaving you totally exposed) and you will have to run stuff that makes you pay LP to be able to trigger the skill supposing you even survive until your next turn. Another copy of FORTUNE VISION would have been by far better.

Future visions was also pretty clearly made with Carly's Earthbound Immortal in mind. I wouldn't be surprised if they were thinking more about that card than the fortune ladies and put the restrictions to limit the options with it and encourage players to mix the cards like the anime. Still doesn't make the skill good or much less confusing.

It is still almost impossible to get a profit from FORTUNE VISIONS and ASCILLA PISCU, FL can not swarm that easily even if you manage to tribute summon ASCILLA PISCU the most likely scenario is that your opponent will only have 2 monsters at most since they also are affected by FUTURE VISIONS, you are probably at 2000LP and end your turn totally unprotected just for 2100LP burn at best.

Of course not. Your it counts your FL that are in main deck Extra deck is NOT counted

A new skill leaked for DS Carly called Time Travel: Choose up to two Fortune Lady monsters you control and apply a level between 1 and 12. This skill can be used twice per duel.
