Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon/Set. This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Summoned, cards and effects of Spell/Trap/non-DIVINE Monster Cards cannot be activated. Can me summon Obelisk with Mausoleum of the Emperor?

Newbie here...I'm sure I'm missing something but I beat Ishizu and thought I got all the cut scenes in between Kaiba and her, but I don't appear to have Obelisk. Is there something else I'm missing? Thanks!

This deck gets Obelisk out pretty consistently and get the the sleeve/mat pretty fast. I ever won some duels in PvP catching my opponents of guard. It’s a bit pricey, though some of these cards you can pick up in the selection boxes, but you can sub cards as needed. Feel free to discuss suggestions.
