Essential cards

The Agent of Creation - Venus	Mystical Shine Ball

How to use

The Agent of Creation - Venus is your best card for deck thinning. By special summoning 2 Mystical Shine Ball, you can further draw more cards by using White Elephant's Gift on the Mystical Shine Balls.

Mystical Beast of Serket and Airknight Parshath can also be used for deck thinning. Mystical Beast of Serket can be sent to the graveyard along with Temple of the Kings to special summon any monster from your deck in this case. Airknight Parshath can draw cards as you deal battle damage with it. If neither of them can be tribute summoned, you can use Cards from the Sky to draw more cards instead.

As for Skelengel and Shard of Greed, it is very self-explanatory. Both of them can be used to stall and draw more cards.

Since all of the monsters in this deck are fairy-type monsters, Cards from the Sky will be very flexible in terms of drawing more cards.

How to use

Your goal is to draw as many cards as possible using Heart of the Underdog. This card allows you to keep drawing cards again and again as long as you draw normal monsters. Unfortunately, only 1 copy of this is available for now. It is inconsistent as you will have to stall the game with normal monsters that have high stats and you might stumble upon Exodia the Forbidden One which is an effect while you are drawing cards halfway.

Here is the deck I've been using its a hybrid beatdown and magic merchant. Point is to ditch cards to grave then use skull lair to manipulate grave to get back any exodia pieces lost using backup soldier and painful rebirth.
If needed use other darks to replace missing kuribohs/other SR&UR cards

How can you get the head piece back with this setup being there isn't another level 3 dark spellcasters

Painful rebirth make the opponent chose one monster in the grave and u add it at the end phase. If the head is the only thing in ur grave then they have to chose it. Use skull lair to banish cards from grave

Taking suggestions for my Back-up Merchant Exodia deck lol Its pretty consistent. I just wish could pull a kuriboh .-.
Essentially you want to mill your Exodia pieces with merchant and use back up soldier to easily return them back to your hand. The one POD is for if you mill the head. Unlike all the other Exodia decks this one doesn't care if pieces get sent to the grave or if they get banished cuz D Alch comes in clutch. So anti Exodia isn't a bad match up at all. Only losses were to misplays/misclicks

Veil of Darkness works perfectly: just make sure to run 1 Backup Soldier (no more, no less) so you can discard 3 limbs for extra drawing power. Here's what got me to KoG:

3x Whiptail Crow
3x Feral Imp
3x Dark Rabbit
3x Yaiba Robo
1x Gorgon Egg

1x Heart of the Underdog
3x Reload
2x Veil of Darkness

1x Backup Soldiers

So yeah, very cheap to build. If you don't have Reload, you can substitute 2 more Gorgon Eggs and 1 Ryu-Kishin Powered, but it's more risky then.

I just farmed bandit Keith (2k red keys) and didn't get a single reload lm
fao i got a stim pack and double coin toss though haha

I made this, it got me to gold 1 in about two hours and I think it's really good, probably could use more vanilla cards and less spells but so far it allowed me to win most my games by beat down style but I have pulled off three exodia's so far.

activate backup soldier por the normal pieces and pot of dichothomy to bring back exodia head to your deck

Basically the magical merchant, will send all the monsters to the graveyar including the pieces until you add the soldiers of backup or the pot, is a way to empty the deck and take the pieces easier, the invoker of fusions, because Is circumstantial when your opponent sees sets monsters usually do not attack and is an opportunity to summon the ultimate blue eyes and take a big punch.

ultimate blue eyes, but is circumstantial

For the most part I use the HotU and VoD combo but I lose if it's a rich offensive player.

For example, they have 3 Dunames Dark Witch, 3 Jerry Beans Man, 3 Battle Oxs, and 3 Axe Raiders and I lose out of pure brute force. If I try Wonder Balloons they destroy it with De-Spell. Any tips?

It's "another" way of winning. And yes you can win by attacking. Konami is probably beta testing Exodia with this event to see if they can potentially release an "Exodia box".

Having Exodia in a box rather then having the skill Grandpas Cards are 2 totally different things. Definitely not a test for a exodia box. Having exodia in a 20 card deck plus your duelist regular skill would be too op.

I Dont thinks they'd add Exodia cards they're probably testing to add the skill Grampas cards instead of the pieces
