How to use


  • The Agent of Creation - Venus is your best card for deck thinning. By special summoning 2 Mystical Shine Ball, you can further draw more cards by using White Elephant's Gift on the Mystical Shine Balls.

  • Mystical Beast of Serket and Airknight Parshath can also be used for deck thinning. Mystical Beast of Serket can be sent to the graveyard along with Temple of the Kings to special summon any monster from your deck in this case. Airknight Parshath can draw cards as you deal battle damage with it. If neither of them can be tribute summoned, you can use Cards from the Sky to draw more cards instead.

  • As for Skelengel and Shard of Greed, it is very self-explanatory. Both of them can be used to stall and draw more cards.

  • Since all of the monsters in this deck are fairy-type monsters, Cards from the Sky will be very flexible in terms of drawing more cards.

How to use

Your goal is to draw as many cards as possible using Heart of the Underdog. This card allows you to keep drawing cards again and again as long as you draw normal monsters. Unfortunately, only 1 copy of this is available for now. It is inconsistent as you will have to stall the game with normal monsters that have high stats and you might stumble upon Exodia the Forbidden One which is an effect while you are drawing cards halfway.

Throw in a back up soldier or two. You're pretty vulnerable if you cant get exodia head or summon dm or dmg

My exodia deck unless you swap out some cards and make it optimal for painful return I don't suggest setting merchant till the head is out

What do you mean attach you? And the 2 mirror walls a game changer. Its helped me be able to set my Giant Axe Mummy a handful of times

If the opponent doesn't attack you but they have stronger monsters than you, I usually attack them with Blue Drag Summoner or Amazoness Chainmaster to activate the effects, and if the opponent doesn't want to attack you and keep their monsters in Def mode, use Wings Of Etaqua to change them to Att mode for you to attack

Another tactic I use is I use Emissary of Afterlife to attack an opponents monster thats stronger so it activates the effect so both players can get a piece of Exodia from their deck to their hand then I use Amazoness Chain Master to attack a stronger monster then spend 1500 LP to activate the effect which is you can look at your opponents hand then take the piece of Exodia they have.

I won two duels with this deck. I do not, under any circumstances, recommend using this deck. It's mainly for lulz and trolls, if you can get this going.

If your starting hand contains Exodia's head and Heart of the Underdog, and your opponent has no answer for Heart of the Underdog, you're guaranteed a win on your second turn.

This deck is way too inconsistent, and the win rate is probably about 10% at best. Still worth a laugh.

Anyway, it's Heart of the Underdog and a bunch of Normal Monsters. Nothing else to it.

Lol, just got it to work on my second try. I got HotU on my first draw and Exodia's head was the last piece in the deck, so I drew him on turn 4. Pretty hilarious when it works.

Try pairing wild tornado and dark coffin with magical hats. They sync well together.

HotU + VoD = combo is just too good and fast to thin out your deck, u can even discard the Exodius limb cards to get the Backup Soldier card and use the trap card FTW

my win ratio on this deck is 7/3, and all my losses 70-80% are due to starting-second bad hand draw, so far this deck is doing great on rank Gold 5+^

well seeing some ideas here... i will take out 1 defensive trap card (Mirror Wall or MAS not Etaqua) and change it to Pot of Dichotomy, change the 3 Blackland Dragon/The Snake Hair to 3 Magical Merchant, and the deck will be looking like a powerhouse, with 3 VoD i dont have to worry about Twister or even De-Spell

even easier is direct searches like creeping darkness, blue dragon summoner, and jester..guaranteed to get the cards quickly with decent attack and defense

Creeping Darkness sadly doesn't work, since none of the pieces are level 4 and it only works for searching for level 4 Dark monsters :(
