During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Level 1 LIGHT Tuner monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster you control; send 1 Normal Monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, the targeted monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the Level of the monster sent to the Graveyard x 100, until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Burst Stream of Destruction" from your Deck to your hand.

The "with Eyes of Blue" archetype was made with the intention of supporting stronger Blue-Eyes monsters. Protector with Eyes of Blue can special summon a Blue-Eyes monstere from your hand. Priestess with Eyes of Blue and White Stone of Legend searches Blue-Eyes monsters from your deck. Additionally, you can use these your summoned level 1 Tuners with Blue-Eyes White Dragon to Synchro summon into Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon.
You can send these Blue-Eyes monsters from your hand or deck to the graveyard with Mausoleum of White. Then you can revive them with cards like Silver's Cry, Birthright, etc.
If Mausoleum of White is in your graveyard you can banish it to search out Burst Stream of Destruction. Burst Stream of Destruction is a powerful card that destroys every monster your opponent controls for no cost except that you Blue-Eyes White Dragon cannot attack that turn.
