Tips

Summoning

Summon Morphtronic Scopen and special summon a level-4 Morphtronic monster from your hand to make Ancient Sacred Wyvern.

You can also Normal summon Trident Warrior and use his effect to special summon a level-3 LIGHT Tuner from your hand like Vylon Stella or Vylon Cube.

You can also Special summon The Tricky and Normal summon a Level-2 LIGHT Tuner like Galaxy Serpent or Vylon Tetra

Heal

Use effects that heal a lot of LP alongside Ancient Sacred Wyvern so that he will gain lots of attack and be able to use his revival effect multiple times.

Well, it depends on the person I guess.

There are people out there who prefer to use Nimbusman instead of Ra when farming with a Cloudian deck.

Nowadays I don't think anyone use Nimbusman anymore.

Cloudian farming deck is really better with just Acid-Cirro-Altus trio as the main monsters and Ra as the finisher.

I used Nimbusman to farm Primo and Bruno.
It worked most of the time.

Yes, not only the name is similar to Ancient Fairy Dragon, but also, there's even an implication in the anime that this is supposed to be Ruka's alternate Synchro besides AFD.

You see, in the anime, Ruka already runs Sunny Pixie, a Tuner that synergize well with Ancient Sacred Wyvern, long before she saved AFD. What's the point of running Sunny Pixie if she does not have any LIGHT Synchro to summon? That means, she is supposed to have another one besides AFD, the writers just couldn't find the time to showcase it.

ASW is likely meant to be that other LIGHT Synchro.

Angelica/Bergamot into this or Black Rose Dragon, depending on whether you're ahead or behind, is strong. Especially if you're special summoning Angelica from the graveyard, and still have a normal summon after the board wipe.

I also like using Sunny Pixie as the Tuner. Can't revive like Angelica, but the LP gain is easier to use.

Now that we're getting this card, there's no longer any reason why we can't get Air Neos.

And even then, they do have the same effect, and would have the same programming in DL.

In case of Air Neos and ASW, the programming for their effect would be exactly the same, only the "If" function for their effect's requirement is different.

Both canadia and book of taiyou change a monster's battle position (One to facedown and one to faceup).

Both this and air neos increase attack based on LP difference (One increase if you have higher LP and one increase if you have lower LP).

See my point? You just can't say both of them is same just because of how their effect work.

But you outright stated how Air Neos and this card shares similar effect ("both this and air neos increase attack based on LP difference")

Not really, Aromage is still one of the best F2P deck for beginners and players who haven't play DL for a long time.

There's a handful of better decks than aromage for f2p. And it's still 🔥 because no support.

A guide dog is one of the best things for 🔥 people, but it's still a 🔥ty overall navigation method in the real world.

There are lots of support. Any Plant support works for Aromage. Any LP healing cards works for Aromage. Just because it doesn't have "Aroma" in its name doesn't mean it's not a support for the deck.

Heck, two of the cards we don't have yet in DL, Healing Winds and Dried Winds, are directly Aromage support cards (as in, mentioned "Aromage" in their text) despite their name.

You can use Luna again with her Mark skill. As a bonus, Luna has a line for this card, due to this card's similarity to Ancient Fairy Dragon.

In fact, it is theorized that this card was originally meant to be an alternate Synchro for Luna in the anime besides AFD, due to Luna having Sunny Pixie (a Tuner whose effect raises your LP when used to summon a LIGHT Synchro) well before she gets AFD.

I wonder why the idea of Luna having Ancient Sacred Wyvern is seemingly scrapped.

She is literally the only Signer without a second Synchro.....
