(This card is always treated as an "Ultimate Crystal" card.)
Must be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Level 10 "Ultimate Crystal" monster (in which case you do not use "Polymerization"). Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your GY; this card gains ATK equal to the banished monster's, until the end of this turn. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this Fusion Summoned card; shuffle all cards on the field into the Deck.

Summoning

Future Fusion

Unlike Rainbow Dragon, you can use any combination of Crystal Beast monsters to summon Rainbow Over Dragon but this is a huge drain on resources because you must use them as fusion materials. A better way to summon Rainbow Overdragon is to use Rainbow Dragon as a tribute which will still count as a Fusion Summon. You can also use Future Fusion too.

At the beginning of the Duel, add Dragon's Mirror to your Deck and shuffle it. Then, add Five-Headed Dragon to your Extra Deck. Can be used when your Life Points decrease by 1800. Instead of conducting your normal draw, Dragon's Mirror is added to your hand from your deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.		Chazz Princeton

Use Dragonic Fusion so that Dragon’s Mirror is added to your deck. Dragonic Mirror can be used to Fusion summon Rainbow Overdragon with an eased cost by banished Crystal Beasts from your graveyard as fusion materials.

This monster needs a deck with future fusion and rainbow gravity and RD.
In case your first intent with ROD fails, you have still a chance to summon RD.
RD & ROD both have powerful effects but at fair cost.

Yea Jesse just did the same to me except Zane used it on the second turn along with his cyber twin dragon and infernal dragon, didn’t stand a chance after his trap

Once, when Jesse summoned this card and I survived, I fusion summoned Gaia on my next turn and took half of Rainbow Overdragon's ATK away, and you know what happened next lol

What SHOULD have happened was Jesse shuffling everything on the field back into the Deck. But he barely seems to realize that effect exists. (I think I've seen him use it a grand total of once.)

But I'd guess he just sat there and died like an idiot.

Jesse actually managed to summon this thing TWICE on me.

I survived both, destroyed the first one with Gaia like that anon, then he summoned a Rainbow Dragon and used it to Special Summon a second Rainbow Overdragon, which I then Canadia. Lmao 0 DEF

Unless you Fusion Summon this card, you can't use its last effect, turning it into just a big beater. And who the heck wants to use the last effect anyway, after all the trouble to summon this thing? The last effect removes it from the field.....

Which means a huge beater is all people gonna use this card for. And it's nice to see Konami still hasn't learn that hard to summon big beaters like this one needs to be worth it to summon -_-
This thing is a huge sitting duck against various card effect.....

Although that post is indeed wrong, but you are also wrong a bit - It shuffles everything to Deck, not send to the Graveyard.

Also, you would use this card's effect during your turn, not opponent's turn.

The perfect play with this thing is to let a CB gets destroyed in battle during opp's turn, activate "Ultimate Crystal Magic" to Fusion Summon this thing, then on your next turn, nuke the field and summon the basic Rainbow Dragon, now that you have 7 different CB in the graveyard. Then OTK the opponent.

The lv. 40 Jesse at the gate has joined the ranks of Aster with his diamond dude destiny draw combo. With two rare values and conclaves, farming is harder now.

If we have shadow mist, rainbow neos only need vyon + rainbow dragon to summon. Summon vyon, send shadow mist to grave, add neos with shadow mist's effect, use vyon's effect to banish shadow mist to add a poly, now you have both poly and neos in your hand + vyon in field for rainbow neos' effect to shuffle your opponent's monster.

This method is far easier than having a CB on the field, setting ultimate rainbow magic and then waiting your opponent to destroy your CB BY BATTLE. With all the destruction and banishing effect in the current meta, it is really hard to pull off, and the monster you are summoning is not even worth the effort.

So, personally I think if all CB and Hero support are available in duel links, rainbow neos is much better than rainbow overgarbage.
