Any remaining hopes for Droite in Dlinks have been destroyed by the release of Assassin as a ranked reward and now with this box almost all of her cards are released. Damn.

This is Konami's way of forcing to play xyz now. Syncro? Negated, Fusion? Negated, Ritual? Negated, Main deck big monster? Negated

Steelswarm roach, can stop monsters that special summon themselve with there own effect.
Not Monsters that are summoned with an effect from another card. Othwise the txt. would be when a lv5 or higher monster is special summoned.

He is indeed correct

Fusion/Ritual summons cannot be negated, the only way to stop them is negated the spell card, thing that roach can't do.

Why they can't be negated? Because the summon occurs during the resolution of the an effect (the spell card)

Check "Special summon with a card effect" rulings.

(yes, it's one of those bs rulings, even more bs that missing the timing)

Despite the evilsearm and the the bouncher are really powerfull cards. Konami made a fast forward powercreep release of xyz monsters. From mediocre xyz monsters we get fullpower xyz. 0 synchros, 0 fusions, 0 rituals. Welcome to xyz propaganda.
