Casue it can stop a Fusion and a ritual summon which is only possible with this card

there are other cards that can counter spells bro. for example, champions vigilance, magic drain, and 7 tools of the bandit

Can you use "you can send this card from your hand" cards to pay the "Discard one card from your hand" cost from Magic Jammer or similar discard effects?
