RatingA

Pros

  • Special Summons a Shiranui from the deck or graveyard.
  • Loads a Zombie into the graveyard.

Cons

  • Restricts your Special Summons for the turn.
  • Cannot summon another copy of the cost.

Tips

  • Aside from not summoning a monster with the same name as the cost there is no other restriction to what you can Special Summon. Meaning you can use this card to revive a high-level Shiranui Synchro.

Shiranui

The discard cost is good for loading a Shiranui monster into the graveyard. The discarded Shiranui can then be used as synchro material with a Shiranui Spectralsword in your graveyard. Special Summon Shiranui Solitaire from your deck and tribute it to Special Summon one of your Tuners.

Shiranui Samurai is a good monster to Special Summon because it gives you a way to immediately banish the monster you discarded. You can discard Shiranui Spiritmaster and Special Summon Shiranui Samurai. Banish Spiritmaster with Samurai’s effect for a quick ATK boost and removal effect.

Wtf. How gave this trash card an A rating?
It would be ok if there was no name-restriction and no opponent must control a monster-restriction

You dont understand the text of the card. It means "If your opponent controls at least one monster" ? It still can be used if your opponent has a monster face down too. Then you discard 1 monster from hand and summon another from deck or gy. Its very good in many situations for Shiranui combos

The card works fine, the opponent can control more than 1 monster when u use it. Also it is a QUICK EFFECT, so you discard ex: spectral sword and then special summon solitaire for your coming turn. Meaning u already hv a sword in the gy for instant synchro + a solitaire to use. It can be called broken

I never saw the ninja deck played in ranked even once.... Is it so bad ? I mean I have saw worse decks, think about all those decks which cost 3 UR each from 2 different main boxes, those are definitely the decks to avoid..
