Tips

  • This card can be Special Summoned by using Magic Triangle of the Ice Barrier effects, or if your opponent has 4 or more cards on the field, so you can assess the field situation in order to decide which is the best play.
  • In conjuction with this card’s effect of Spell/Trap activation limit, you can also include cards like Cosmic Cyclone or Nobleman of Extermination to eliminate your opponent’s backrow to further disrupt their Spell/Trap combinations.

Basically if this:
If you control no cards and your opponent controls 4, 5, 6, or 7
If you control 1 card and your opponent controls 5, 6 or 7
If you control 2 cards and your opponent controls 6 or 7
If you control 3 cards and your opponent has a full field

The way it's worded is confusing...by a literal reading you should be able to summon her if your opponent controls either a) exactly four cards or b) any number of cards more than you do

Men ice barrier is already ded, you got Triangle in starting hand, no 3 different monster, you almost brick, or when you draw it then your opponent doesn't have a card that can be destroyed( AKA like hazy flame monster), and those monster atk is higher in your hand, you have been bricked
