Basically if this:
If you control no cards and your opponent controls 4, 5, 6, or 7
If you control 1 card and your opponent controls 5, 6 or 7
If you control 2 cards and your opponent controls 6 or 7
If you control 3 cards and your opponent has a full field
The way it's worded is confusing...by a literal reading you should be able to summon her if your opponent controls either a) exactly four cards or b) any number of cards more than you do
