Finally with the introduction of this card Warrior deck can somewhat get into the meta (Dai Grephar 1700 => 1900)

But dino deck is still better because it's cheaper and with Rex ability you don't need to think about using space for your deck

Dino's limited effect pool and with still no support even after the Rex event means Dino's are still low tier asf. They're just too predictable. Otc, srhl and mirror wall can make any vanilla deck work, Dino's are nothing special for now.

That is quite true now since we have jurracs and evilswarm salamandra which are very powerful.
