Berserkion requires 3 specific Electromagnet Warrior monsters to summon. But this is actually not as difficult as it sound because Electromagnet Warrior all have the secondary effect to search each other out. Alpha The Electromagnet Warrior even lets you search out Berserkion, while Beta The Electromagnet Warrior searches an extra Magnet Warrior monster when summoned.
Valkyrion is the only other Magna Warrior monster so him and Berserkion are the only ones you can search. Valkyrion does have better stats than Berserkion, but is more difficult to summon with his materials being all Normal Monsters and you need to tribute them from your hand or field.
