Im thinking venus control here, not as white elephants gift but keeps on shine ball on your field, will definately have to try it out

Use this with stray lambs, ez 2 card draw, use this with a jurrac monster( i forgot the name), if it was destroyed(i think), SS 2 tokens, another ez 2 card draw, use ra's disciple, SS 2 of it, mill your deck 4 cards, that's pretty much i know...

it wouldn't work on stray lambs and jurrac stauriko because they summon monsters in defense position

Could be good for some kind of Exodia deck if you use high DEF cards and maybe Destruction Punch.

Easy Draw farming tool for decks like Unhappy Girl, Cloudians, maybe Lab-Builder.

Use on opponent's turn to nerf the secondary effect.

Might be good for cloudians. Or a crazy combo with the trap that reduces all your monster atk to 0.

Why would it be banned? The condition for activating is ridiculous. You need to have at least 2 atk position monsters and their atk has to be lower than the lowest atk monster on the opponents side of the field. Also, it's a normal trap card, so it's slow. To top it off that last sentence in the card screws up trying to activate it on your turn. This is garbage unless you have a VERY specific deck

Good draw for Unhappy Girl deck, (cuz 2 of ur Girls might have lower combined ATK than the opponent)
