Ryko is the most useful Lightsworn monster when put outside of a Lightsworn deck, so he is often the best choice for a deck that needs on-demand milling.

Lightsworn

Lightsworns specialize in milling their own decks and gaining advantage off of it. Ryko can mill your deck while simultaneously destroying an opponent’s card.

Archfiend

Ryko can help put Archfiend monsters into your graveyard to be revived by Call of the Archfiend.
The combination of LIGHT and DARK monsters in your deck also potentially allow you to use monsters like Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Evening Twilight. Put in some Wulf, Lightsworn Beast to balance the LIGHT and DARK monsters.
