I mean, yeah...? But you still potentially might end up discarding all 3 cards, and getting nothing out of this card. There are other, more useful ways to send Witchcraft cards to the GY.

Would net you bonus points for dramatic flair, though.

Spell AND trap cards count as non monsters. Besides, there are good combinations for this. The problem with this card is not that it sucks. The problem is that it's situational and can hurt you if you don't have a backup plan.
