No it is one of the worst cards... is not that hard just read the description of the card... TOON WORLD is just a card you can activate it doesnt give you any effects... TOON MONSTERS are effect monsters... you can see thier effects while toon world is active... like that they attack directly... TOON ALIGATOR is a normal monster so it has no effect... is just trash... dont use it by any means...
