Similar Effect

Junk Anchor

Junk Anchor is kinda Similar to Quickdraw Synchron in that it can be used as a substitute for a Synchron monster as material. However, Junk Anchor will require you to use Junk monsters as the non-Tuner material.

Discard Quillbolt Hedgehog when Special Summoning Quickdraw Synchron and then revive Quillbolt Hedgehog with its own effect. Use both monsters to make something like Junk Archer or Junk Berseker.

It means you can summon Junk warrior without using junk synchron

Not for Junk Warrior, unless you reduce this card's Level first.

Also Chevalier de Fleur since it requires "Fleur Synchron"

means you can summon synchros like Junk Warrior that require a SPECIFIC tuner (Junk Synchron in this case) but you can't use it for Synchros that have generic "tuner" as their tuner requirement as the downside

I just discarded a Fabled Ganesha to summon quickdraw and it didn't special summon the ganesha wtf

You need to learn a lot about word-rulings in this game!
Quickdraw Synchron's card text says "...by SENDING 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard", while Fabled Ganashia's card text says "When this card is DISCARDED to the Graveyard..."
It's quite different.

Lol, that´s exactly the same mistake I made once as a kid, when I built an Armed Dragon deck and tried to use Super Rejuvenation. Since the AD series discard, not send, I wasn´t drawing any cards at the end of the turn. Until I learnt the lesson, that is.
