When your opponent attacks an Amazoness monster you control, preferably Amazoness Trainee for attack gain, use Amazoness Archers then this card to destroy their entire field presense.

It's kinda an old card and it was pretty obvious it wasn't to be in the meta forever, but it's still awesome for auto-duel even in the highest levels.

Not only AG but Koaki Maximus can pretty much say goodbye to this card unless it gets hit. WoD is still good against Standard and Farming duelists in general though.

Drake

This card, Paleozoic Canadia and Drowning Mirror Force are the most versatile Traps I have. You can put them in almost any deck and somehow they fit well.

I usually put 2 Drowning Mirror Force/Canadia + 1 or 2 WOD's in my pvp Decks.

For me, it's the best way to fit an array of other useful or key Magic/Trap cards and 1-2 backrow removal while still being at the 20-card minimum.

Yeah, when you face AG this card is useless, when you face non-AG, they'll usually try to destroy or lock your backrow before Battle Phase.

Many of the currently popular cards will... eventually leave the meta, sooner or later. When people summon AG I usually switch the toggle button to ON; as soon a it's the battle phase I flip Reactor Dragon face down with a canadia. They would need to have fortress on field in order to make Dragon Reactor immune to traps for one turn... which isn't likely to happen. Anyway, a floodgate works better

Yeah, power creep happens, sooner or later.

Back in Ultimate Rising time when all we have are normal monster beatdown decks, the SR rarity card Reinforcement is such a good card, but now it has been way powercreeped by the N rarity card Paleozoic Eldonia.

at least it wont be seen too often, canadia is likely to lose some of its popularity thanks to AG as well. I think thats quite a good idea to change the meta and its techs instead of just limiting cards

Sooner or later people who says this card is easily avoidable will run into this card eventually. It's not going to be every single time they can avoid this card. Example would be if you get a chance to OTK but you happen to have no AMA in your hand, but if you skip it you risk your opponent making a comeback next turn.

And with this card at 3, even if one is destroyed, there are still 2 more hiding. Attacking is still a big part of the game in DL, unlike in real life where simply building unbreakable board with lots of negation is the easiest way to win.

True, they should at least semi-limit this card. It's so annoying. I was playing the KC Cup today, and I almost lost because of it. I am not gonna put 1-2 monsters in defense or and swing with the 3rd one just to force my opponent to activate all of his WD every time.

Indeed, I don't get why Konami still hasn't semi-limit this card when they already semi-limited the newer minibox SR staple cards (TTH and Hey Trunade).
