Why are 99% of decks that have 3 of this card choosing a skill that heavily limits their options for synchro summoning? With 3 of this, not even being once per turn, you can synchro summon a lot of different stuff depending on what monsters you put on as other than Resonators.

How the heck do you add wildwind every turn consistently, especially without waiting a turn yo do so? The move you explained requires wildwind on your hand
You don’t need to wait a turn if you simply start with Wildwind and this card on your hand. You have 3 copies of this and 3 Wildwind, isn’t that enough?
Did you even played it?
I have a feeling you didn't actually played this deck. Even with 3 copies of wildwind won't get into your hand in every duel. Thats why people use the skill, and trade it via skill
I’m trying to get it, having really bad luck with this card (sitting at just one copy)… as I’m building it, I’m seeing how often I can synchro summon easily starting with either Wildwind or Red Sprinter and any resonator, so I’m guessing with 3 of this card it will be even easier.

Are there any other boxes that has resonators in it?
* Jack Atlas himself drops a few and has Dark Resonator as level up reward
* Soul of Resurrection has Red Resonator
* Fortress of Gears has a few Resonator cards
* SD EX King's Resonance has a few Resonator cards
