No. As far as I know, Skill doesn't directly interact with cards in the game but there are exception like FAs and level increasing skills.

Hmm thought I could use this with Gaia the dragon champion and spiral spear for extra attack but i guess it only works in special summoned dragons not through fusion lol dang

It works in Gaia, because Fusions count as Special Summons, but reead the fine print: additional attacks are only done against Special summoned monsters from your opponent, and only if they summoned them during THAT turn; that is, yours.

Could be useful if they try to protect themselves with a chump blocker, like BB Veil, but that´s about it.

You can also use cards like revival gift or anything that special summons monsters on their field. It will rarely happen and probably destroy your decks consistency but as long as the question is "could it work" this answer should be valid.

I think I also saw a card that looks like a traced velociraptor from a classic Jurassic park.

blue eyes white dragon should be classified as xenomorph when it faces down.
