I was really hoping that both Phoenix Enforcer and Shining Phoenix Enforcer would be released as one of the event cards in Duelist Chronicles GX: Society Of Light-

Same here. The hold-up is ridiculous when you consider that it's effect is not THAT good nowadays. So it can't be destroyed in battle. Big deal. Amazoness Queen is the same and you can bring her back with willpower. But if this thing goes, it isn't coming back. And things get killed by effects more than battle. At this point, they don't want to give this because it is too "fun", not OP.

E-Heroes is a very powerful archetype. The best cards in the game are ones that have effects that protect themselves, and he cannot be destroyed by battle.

Still doesn't excuse why, with all these more powerful cards dropping out, that cards like Shining Flare/Phoenix aren't in the game especially being one of those character's most used fusions (well, for Jaden. Aster used him once, then rarely after he got his DHs)

They should released, it's not that op and there are plenty of cards who can destroy it with their effects. No need to battle.
