The current blue-eyes deck are 🔥 without so many important support cards including this, alternative dragon, master & sage!

i think maiden is enough to make the deck good

You forgot Dragon Shrine & White Stone of Ancients combo. Maiden is not a good option as she got to rely on opponent's attack to activate its effect. Alternative White Dragon is a must to destroy opponent's monster and return of the dragon lords can prevent your opponent from destroying it.

If you sacrifice Mainden with blue eyes the effect kicks in

Mwa ha ha ha! This is supposed to stop my reign of terror over Dragon Decks? Inferiors! I will build a throne from the miles of Dragon Bones this card supposedly would save.

Solid Dragon has a uge weakness. It can only activate 1 of its effect per turn.

This limitation is not UR worthy, they should have made him a Super Rare card instead.

Which card is better in the duel links format ? Silver's Cry or Return Of The Dragon Lords ?

It depends on your deck.
Return Of The Dragon Lords can be used on effect monsters, so it may be better.
It also protects.

Silver's Cry is Quick-Play though, which can be helpful.
