We already have Giant Orc, Goblin Elite Attack Force, Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei, and no one plays them in ranked. This card would be no different

I remember having 3 pf this in my deck when Yugioh fist came out I destroyed in tournaments... but with all the cards that duel link has now this card is not gonna affect the meta at all... but its good to have it again nostalgia
