They need to explain the muscle rating system better. Like how am I 3 stars from just beating the 5 NPCs and there are people with only 1 and 2 stars? Anyone know if you can derank in stars? Thank you.

Only way to derank is to lose several duels in a row, unfortunately.

3 star is the default

I'm pretty sure the game is broken or full of cheaters.
I keep getting a "you surrendered" defeat when I go to deliver the winning blow.
Sometimes my opponent's cards change into different cards.
Other times I don't even get a chance to duel as I lose by deck out immediately after I draw my opening hand. Nothing was played yet.

I cheated three years ago (the hacked apk allowed to see opponent's cards and your top deck card). Then I received a notification that if I didn't stop I would be banned. I removed the cheats and everything has been fine since then

I'm constantly dueling against stall decks and blue-eyes here.
Not sure how the blue eyes decks play though as I get disconnected almost immediately after they play their first card.

It was a new post that I started myself and not tacked onto another comment. Idk if they just have an auto filter or something that just randomly deletes stuff, but I'm kind of hesitant to try again.

You know that this event is right? You get 400+420(60*7) gems and also some gems from the treasures. Definitely one of the better ones with 1000+ gems

If you have fun losing in PvP that is.

Many F2P players don't want to even think about playing PvP and Konami forces it on you. Those who play PvE exclusively should be allowed to get the same amount of gems than PvP players at all time.

So the theme for the 1st day is Fiend. Good job Konami, because all Dark Magician, Blackwing, Shiranui and Neos I met in this event are all Fiend

The purpose of every PVP event is to promote the box sales. Fiend theme on the 1st day is basically to promote Infernities, but Konami don't care if people run ranked meta deck instead. Many people will make a purchase if they keep losing the match, that's exactly what Konami want.

they did something like that last year, but it wasn't a pvp event, it was to unlock Tristan; It was so cool you could test some decks like: inzektor, magnets, darklords, amazoness, blue eyes, gem knights and many others

Pre-entry match is more important than matches after joining team. You may lose or su1c1de a lot after joining a team but in pre-entry match you better surrender than losing the duel. Winning pre-entry match gives you enough points to avoid being in the bottom rank of your team.

This is a reminder that you can/should complete the survey. They did improve some minor things this time, so it's actually possible that they fix some other things for the next Duel Carnival.

Just make sure that you formulate your criticism in an OBJECTIVE and REASONABLE way!

And if you liked the event the way it was, you can complete the survey as well...

One thing I really want them to implement: make it so that you have to play a deck that represent by the side you choose.

Like, if you're in Spellcaster side, your deck have to contain at least 6 different Spellcasters.
If you're in Giganticastle side, you have to play a deck that includes a minimum of 5 Rock-Types and 3 Tuners.

Last Carnival I tried to use the theme deck, but no more. People only play meta, so I'll be using my CA. Either I otk or I brick and lose. And that's fine.

You basically get 20 gems for starting one single duel and wait for a time out. This is a bad design and it's Konami's fault when people exploit that stupid system.
