If your opponent controls a monster and all face-up monsters you control (min. 1) are Level 4, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Doggy Diver" once per turn this way. This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, except for the Xyz Summon of a Warrior-Type monster.

All they had to do was this: Balance- "This skill will not activate if your deck contains any cards with "Noble Knight" in their name and text." Problem solved.

I'm sure it's not just me who noticed this - but the new Leo and Luna dialogues in the event are....wonky and feels like they're programmed incorrectly

Some lines are repeated, and then you also have lines that are being said by the wrong character

What defines your strength in this event? I'm supposed to be a 5 star and all I face is people in legend 1 or better ranks, WTF, I am not even gold.

The goal is to make you feel miserable enough when you see opponents use flashy broken and expensive cards.

Just don't pay too much attention to it.

The star rating has nothing to do with other PvP stuff. It's just your current rating in this event. Lose a few duels and you'll get back to 4 and eventually 3 stars.

Feggot garbage mods xD you are the same level of pathetic incompetent losers like konacrep xD Don't worry i never go away, coz you all love me, don't think i didn't noticed. All the stray dogs of konami was commenting(barking) at me and write in my name. You are totaly not triggered by me! This is my favourite AFK event.

Whenever I play seriously and have the highest score in my team I get a "team lost".
When I only play AFK my team always get a crushing victory.

You win = team lose
You lose = team lose
You AFK = team WIN

AFK is the only option

Yeah fun team mechanic! You lose even if you have winstreak, genius move konacrep!. The whole event is a total clowfiesta garbage mess. I personaly stopped playing, i don't care about the gem and a pathetic dog shi t rewards, but i sure give them hell in the survey.

Hopefully in the future, this event will implement +500 atk and def for themed type. For non themed type -500 atk and def.

Nice idea. Everybody would play with their usual decks and 3 copies of Reverse Trap.

GEM REPORT

Base on DLM website during last duel carnival on december 2020, we had a total of 900 gems. This duel carnival we now had 820. In conclusion, Konami reduce from 900→820 gems, basically we lost 180 gems. Please write in the survey that we're not idiots and that we're watching how they deplete our only resources.

20 hours per month still isn't bad. You can play like, 2 hours per day for just 10 days.

5 hours per month is TOO LITTLE. What kind of game company wants their player to play their game for only 5 hours per MONTH?

It's obvious the moment any game company discover players didn't play the game as often as they like, they'll try to change their game to make players play more often.

I only need 20h because I'm a good player and I farm INTENSIVELY.

But most casuals who I know barely get half for the same time spent.

Nothing good considering the speed at which boxes are hit/nerfed to promote newer boxes.

How dare you want to play a full-powered deck if you don't give anything in return?

F2Ps were able to build meta decks at no cost 2-3 years ago. Now Those decks will always be nerfed before most lowly F2P have time to complete them.

I met a Brick-Eyes deck that bricked so hard the player couldn't do anything other than summoning the useless "Eyes of Blue" Tuners lol (there's one useful "Eyes of Blue" Tuner in that situation, but it's not in the player's hand)

I quickly OTK'd the player with my Bujin deck

played ~ 20 duels, have ~ 80,000 points.... idk how can i reach 2,000,000.. my simple beast deck against tier 1-3 meta decks.. What a nice event!

You want 2,000,000. So you can:
Divide 2,000,000 by 4,000 (your result from before). This is:
500

You have to play 500 duels. It's really not that hard to compute.

Just make a compulsory theme deck event. If beast theme, all monster cards in your deck must be beast types. No restrict in spells/traps
