I have also a issue about this card, its effect negate when i destroy a monster or i tribute a dino monster to increase the attack points

About second effect, maybe you destroyed a monster that returns to the hand or it´s not send to the graveyard, so the effect won´t trigger

This card would work well in a rex raptor OTC deck. If you were to put emphasis on Elemental Saurus. You could use tribute doll to get it out faster as well.

So the goal would be to have either have black ptera ready to summon after or on the field along with fissile excavation tribute ptera gain 500 come back to hand bc of its effect and can cause a loop of boosting this could be a new way to farm with Rex

Gah, was hoping it would be Dark Driceratops or Frostosaurus being the reward over this. There's no point in releasing this when Black Tyranno has been released

Not really.. You won't summon this via tribute in the first place, so its effect doesn't matter(its not like its good either tbh). This is not the case for Dark Driceratops or Frostosaurus id addition of being searchable by Fossil Dig

You don't have to tribute summon it to activate its effect. You just have to tribute another dino.

New high level Dino for a Fossil Evacuation combo. Could have potential, but that DEF stat could be trouble.

Fossil Evacuation doesn't search, it Special Summons from the Graveyard, so I'm not sure how this is relevant.
