I think I'm going to spend 500 gems for the celebration of CK for CC for a 2nd black luster soldier. Not just that I like ritual monsters but this card's design looks rlly cool and more support in the future. Ik it's definitely not going to be meta nor worth the 500 gems

How is this crap in any way going to make Black Luster meta? You people are delusional. Demotion decks already have a much better card with Champion's Vigilance.

This card is reusable due to its effect, dude. It means u can use this card max. 6 times in one duel while CV aren't reusable

Yeah and with how much setup? Demotion can just pay LP and summon the monster, this requires you to have Black Luster Soldier in hand with enough tributes and the field spell and you can't cheat it out with something like Ritual Raven.
