The one in attack position can still be destroyed by effects, and the one in defense position can still be destroyed by battle

He's right. Change all types with DNA surgery to plant for example and you've locked the game. Player targeting effects can unlock the situation (just dakini atm)

Careful, it's 'Mystical' Beast not 'Mythical' Beast.
