You can use the skill Holy Guard which makes Spirit Barrier unnecessary. In that case you can replace Spirit Barrier with more draw cards.
Stall with Unhappy Girl and Spirit Barrier.
Search out Unhappy Girl with Rai-Mei.
Heal every turn with Golden Ladybug and Solemn Wishes.
Draw into your deck with Jar of Greed and Good Goblin Housekeeping.
During your final turn summon The Winged Dragon of Ra with a ton of attack from your LP.

Notes

Use Golden Ladybug to heal every turn.
Your stall setup would be Spirit Barrier and any number of Cloudian monster. Cloudian monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and Spirit Barrier makes it so that you do not take any battle damage.
Use A Cat of Ill Omen to search out Spirit Barrier.
Use Good Goblin Housekeeping and Magic Planter to draw into your deck. Only use Magic Planter if you have an extra Spirit Barrier on your field.
You must have 3 Cloudian monsters on the field before your final turn to use as tribute fodder for The Winged Dragon of Ra.
During your final turn, summon The Winged Dragon of Ra and give him your LP to use as attack.

Of all 5Ds LD, Luna is the easiest to farm, and her duel rewards aren't 🔥 like the others
