Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Tiger King | FIRE Beast-Warrior ★4 ATK 2200 / DEF 1800 |
Eternal Stream [UR] | |
2 Level 4 Beast-Warrior-Type monsters When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can Set 1 "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Card directly from your Deck. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate the effects of all face-up Effect Monsters currently on the field, except Beast-Warrior-Type, until the end of your opponent's turn. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can send 3 "Fire Formation" Spell/Trap Cards you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 2 Level 4 or lower Beast-Warrior-Type monsters with the same ATK from your Deck, in face-up Defense Position. |
Upon summoning Tiger King, you get to fetch Tenki which results in fetching another Beast-Warrior monster, great for resource gain. The mass effect negation is very powerful because it can shut off powerful effects, like Cyber Slash Harpie Lady. Lastly, Tiger King floats into two Level-4 monsters letting you set up your next Xyz play. However, you do need to clog your entire backrow for this to work.
Maestroke the Symphony Djinn | DARK Fiend ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 2300 |
Shark Fang [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position. If a "Djinn" Xyz Monster you control would be destroyed, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from that monster instead. |
Most commonly used monsters have lower DEF than their ATK. Flipping them face-down can help you get over them easier, or use the effect to reset certain effects that were used on them like an ATK boost or equip cards.
Gagaga Cowboy | EARTH Warrior ★4 ATK 1500 / DEF 2400 |
Gagaga XYZ [UR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; apply this effect, depending on this card's current battle position. ● Attack Position: If this card attacks an opponent's monster this turn, it gains 1000 ATK, also the opponent's monster loses 500 ATK, during the Damage Step only. ● Defense Position: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. |
A staple Rank-4 monster. The defense position burn effect can occasionally steal you some wins. While the attack position effect is can help you attack over enemy monsters.
Number 91: Thunder Spark Dragon | LIGHT Dragon ★4 ATK 2400 / DEF 2000 |
Infinite Ray [SR] | |
3 Level 4 monstersOnce per turn, you can activate 1 of these effects. ● Detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all other face-up monsters on the field. ● Detach 5 Xyz Materials from this card; destroy all cards your opponent controls. |
Summon Thunder Spark Dragon and use its effect for a field wipe. Gets rid of your opponent's entire board set up, and is especially punishing to opponents that overcommit their board.
Number 50: Blackship of Corn | DARK Plant ★4 ATK 2100 / DEF 1500 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's; send it to the Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. |
Even though this card doesn't have that much ATK, it can be helpful when you go against something like Bloom Diva the Melodious Choir so you can make faster plays.
Diamond Dire Wolf | EARTH Beast ★4 ATK 2000 / DEF 1200 |
Voltage of the Metal [SR]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Beast, Beast-Warrior, or Winged Beast-Type monster you control and 1 other card on the field; destroy them. |
A more costly removal effect, but still somewhat effective. For the destruction on your side, prioritize destroying Tsujik or Izna after spending their effects during the Main Phase.
Daigusto Emeral | WIND Rock ★4 ATK 1800 / DEF 800 |
Sign of Harpies [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects. ● Target 3 monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle all 3 into the Deck, then draw 1 card. ● Target 1 non-Effect Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. |
Even though the Yosenjus go back to the hand, if you use them for an XYZ, they can end up in the grave. This is just to help with recovery so you can re-use them again.
Number 52: Diamond Crab King | EARTH Rock ★4 ATK 0 / DEF 3000 |
Arts of Atlantis [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; change this card's DEF to 0, and if you do, change its ATK to 3000. These changes last until the end of this turn. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. If this card is attacked, change it to Attack Position at the end of the Damage Step if it has no Xyz Materials. You can only control 1 "Number 52: Diamond Crab King". |
Use Izna and 3 so you can get some card advantage and slowly whittle down your opponent with Kama 2. Once you have a couple of Yosenju monsters and Sword Sting, you can return your opponent's cards so you can get a 3000 direct attack for a faster win than doing slow plays.
It's not recommended to bring this out early since you won't be able to recover the Yosenjus used as the materials for Xyz.
Gagaga Samurai | EARTH Warrior ★4 ATK 1900 / DEF 1600 |
Shining Hope [SR] | |
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 "Gagaga" monster you control; it can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn. When another monster you control is targeted for an attack while this card is in Attack Position: You can change this card to Defense Position, and if you do, change the attack target to this card and perform damage calculation. |
Samurai is good at pushing damage because of his double attack effect. You can also give the double attack to a Cowboy in attack position to beatdown two enemy monsters.
Number 18: Heraldry Patriarch | LIGHT Psychic ★4 ATK 2200 / DEF 2200 |
Voltage of the Metal [R]
2 Level 4 monsters Once per Chain, during either player's turn, if 2 or more monsters with the same name are on the field: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; choose 1 monster among those with the same name, and destroy all other monsters with that name. While this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot Summon monsters with the same name as any of the monster(s) chosen for this card's effect. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can send 2 "Heraldic Beast" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. |
Heraldry Patriarch is basically an anti-Harpie tech. Harpies all change their name to "Harpie Lady" so Heraldry Patriarch's first effect can be used for removal, even during the opponent's turn. Then Heraldry Patriarch will prevent the opponent from reviving Harpies because they're all treated as "Harpie Lady" while in the Graveyard.

If you floodgate 2 of your opponents’ monsters you technically win the game.

I got KOG on November 1st with a weird deck. The idea of the deck is to let your opponent lose resources. This deck can counter everything due to the combination of hand traps and traps. I have won so many duels due to having drowning mirror force and the XYZ package.

Please wait a moment to attack, let your lp decreased by 1500,so u can pull yosenju card to counter attack with his skill, or wait your lp below 1000 and u can summon utopia ray and finish him.
Noted By stuck:
Unending Nightmare outs Triamid traps and HHG. This Weasel Ratio is best when you're in a meta saturated with OTK decks. Oyam does its job as usual. Remember to Roach against Synchro decks, Patriarch against Harpies and Utopia for the OTK. With so much backrow and hand traps it is insanely easy to manipulate LP not only for the destiny draw, but also for the Utopia Ray OTK.
Notes from [Lord] Mont:
easy win againts onomat and thundra, very hard againts Cydra, stall deck and lunalight.
