This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster it battled, and you gain Life Points equal to that monster's DEF.

Elemental HERO Neos and Yubel are both high-leveled monsters so Normal Summoning them would be costly. Luckily both of them have a number of Special Summoning options, Elemental HERO Neos particularly.

Probably with a skill that replace a monster name by yubel or neos. This is the only way you can get this in a competitive deck

The Korean Neos Wiseman was mistakenly printed with a Fusion Monster card frame. (Though it didn't list /Fusion in its type area.)

Drawning, dual wield, subterror, flipping down and metafis are such a pain to this card. Maybe with mausoleum

I think the easiest way to summon this is with ancient rules neos and mausoleum for yubel

Sacrifice for Levia Dragon Daedalus: Activate Effect

Or

Special Summon Neo Daedalus and Activate Effect.

......yeah, good luck using Daedalus' effect to destroy a monster whose text says "This card cannot be destroyed by card effects."

Neo Daedalus works though, since it sends instead of destroy.

Well there is a way to get Neo Daedalus out there.

Another Combo is Red Dragon Archfiend and Block Attack. But that probably only works on Yubel

But my Favorite is probably Egyptian God Phoenix.

Ra's Desciple and Double Summon

Gotta have The Power of The Tributed Ability on Marik when you do it
