This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand or your Deck by Tributing 1 "Great Dezard" that has fulfilled the condition. You can flip this card into face-down Defense Position once per turn during your Main Phase. As long as this monster remains face-up on the field, negate the activation and effects of all Spell and Trap Cards that target this card and destroy them. When this card is flipped face-up, you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard.

This card 1 of hardest summon that not worth to summon lol

Dont think so, read the card text of Great Dezard, only protect him and this card is out and zombie infection begins... or didnt i understand something? Oo

Use soul exchange for Dezard and then summon richie from hand/deck - use windstorm and econ/ Headlong/ mirror wall for defence - High zombie beaters

Maybe you can use Magician's Circle to summon dezard, then protect it with econ or traps. Fusioh Richie needs other strong Zombie monsters to bring out REZD or maybe Vampire Lord, by using his effect. Now we have Book of Taiou so you can activate his effect fast. Im not sure if Ojama Trio is in the game but that could be how you get dezard to destroy two monsters. Just trying to get it out faster than the opponent can execute their strategy is the real game you play with using the Richie. Oh Richie you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind ^~^

What skill would best compliment a deck built around this card?

I wouldn't recommend a deck built around this. The issue is getting out Great Dezard, killing a monster, then surviving until the next turn. However, I suppose 3SD could help with Dezard. Beatdown could help with attack. Heavy Starter might be good,m but I doubt it. The issue here is that Zombies don't exactly have good support when it comes to skills.

Use balance, last gamble with more than 20 cards and cards to send zombies to grave, cards to thin the deck like goblin zombie.
try things like this, maybe not red-eyes, but vampires.

the card you tribute for this also has immunity to traps and spells like this card i can't wait to try a deck with this and the card before it.
