Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your GY. Once per turn, if a monster effect is activated in the hand: This card gains 300 ATK until the end of this turn. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can banish 1 card from your GY; add 1 Thunder monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, during your opponent's End Phase: You can target 1 of your banished cards; place it on the top or bottom of your Deck.

Cons

Requires graveyard setup.
Can only use search effect after battle.
Can ony use recovery effect during opponent’s End Phase.
No defense stat.

Tips

Thunder Dragon

Thunder Dragon monsters are able to discard themselves to activate effects which also sets up Thunder Dragonduo’s summoning cost. Thunder Dragonduo’s summoning in turn banishes Thunder Dragon monsters to trigger their second effects. Thunder Dragonduo is able to banish a Thunder Dragon after destroying an opponent’s monster by battle to trigger their effect then retrieve it during your opponent’s End Phase. Because of this Thunder Dragonduo is a good boss monster for the deck.
