Does anyone know why this card has been not working/activating?? (At least for me)

It should work fine. Just make sure you are using your monster, summoning a level 7, and that there are no restrictions placed on summoning. I haven't had any trouble with this, but then, I haven't used it in a while.

if u use tribute doll at the beginning turn you cant attack.also a lvl 7 tribute has high defence if you know how to play.2nd turn drops a 1700 att for example
and you have 2300 defence it is a no brainer.

This card synergize well with Lv 7 Toon monster...

Could be good with the jins and sanga becuse you'll be able to use there ability's to stall for that one turn

Useful to summon Barrel Dragon. Even it can't attack but you can still activate its effect

Useful to sp summon can't atk but may save your lp.good with dark magician*2 and dark magician girl in deck

Not only life. Your opponent probably won't destroy your monster - so you summon 7stars much sooner.

I'm having trouble with Tribute Doll as well. Used Regretful Rebirth on my Blue Dragon Summoner and I couldn't activate it. Couldn't even activate it on monsters I normal summoned in the same turn.

Bugged?
