• Cards that can increase its attack or decrease your opponent's monster's attack will be needed to use this effectively. Cards like Riryoku, Shine Palace, Metalmorph, Half Shut and Mirror Wall are examples of good options.
• Making use of the fact that he's a spellcaster, he can be special summoned as a surprise by using Magician's Circle. His attack can also be increased using Magicians Unite.
• Secret Pass to the Treasures can be used to direct attack with this monster due to its low attack.
