Fusion summon one of the above monsters with Elemental Hero Blade Edge as a material, now you have a powerful monster on the field. After attacking with the monster use De-Fusion to revive Elemental Hero Blade Edge and the other fusion material for more attacks. This combo can potentially lead to OTK.

Correct. You'll probably only use this card because of it's fusions, but even then, unless you run Defusion or have money/gems to spend, you're probably better of running various fusion substitute cards (which work wonders in any E-hero deck).
I'd say running at least 1 Bladedge would make sense if you're focusing on the Fusions anyway. Both Plasma Vice and Wildedge are solid, and this gives an extra out to either one. It is kinda sad that pretty much every worthwhile Elemental HERO Fusion basically only ever needs Sparkman or Wildheart plus a Sub, though. (With Clayman and Necroshade offering decent but not amazing Fusions as well.)

He stops using this card after E-hero Neo existence.
