Rex Raptor's Dino Mayhem has begun!

In addition, Roaring Rex Raptor will appear in Duel World during the event. Defeat him and your Duel meter will fill up significantly!

Regarding the Event

Roaring Rex Raptor does not appear at the Gate.
Roaring Rex Raptor has different Decks/Rewards from the regular Rex Raptor.
Rex Raptor will not appear in Duel World if you are using him as your character.
Only 1 Roaring Rex Raptor will appear in Duel World at once.
The chance of Roaring Rex Raptor appearing in Duel World is not affected by the appearance of other Standard/Legendary Duelists or by the use of Duel Orbs/Boosted Duel Orbs.

Jurassic World

This card raises the ATK of Dinosaur-Type monsters on the field by 300.
It used to only be available through "Dinosaur Kingdom", but now you can put it in your deck!

Dark Driceratops

This monster can deal battle damage when attaqcking monsters in Defense Position. In addition, it has the same ATK as "REBD". It's a level 6 monster, making it easy to tribute summoned.

OK so here's the deal. So far all these events have had meh-to-awful droprates, and all have had at least one memorable card... unless you're Joey, in which case you make the new meta. Yugi Moto had Union Attack, and Gandora/Valkyrion were memorable. Mokuba had Kidmodo, and his two URs are OK. Mai had the Princess of the Ice Barrier, a very good card in that deck, along with Amazoness support, which makes them vaguely playable, and if you wanna stretch, then at least her ritual spell Primal Cry could be used VERY situationally. Arkana is Duel World spawn events at their worst, but Anti-Magic Arrows can be the worst thing ever to get hit with. You think "Heh, once the enemy does this, I will crush them!" and then they use the arrows, and your entire plan to make a comeback gets destroyed.

I think the Rex event will at least have one good reward, but what I really hope is that it will have a better drop rate than any of the others so far

Have you noticed how the double keys/coins event has changed?
Duelists give less and less coloured keys. I easily noticed it because every time there is this event I do the same thing which is to duel all duelist from morning till bed time (10 every 4 hours) and spend 1 boosted duel orb a day.
Last month I collected around 3000 coloured keys, this time I'm merely at 1000 and some LD are below.
I'm still using the same deck, same character and I'm still stage 60.

Business business, Konami wants us to buy lots of boosted duel orb :)
