Use this card with shiranuis.
Special summon any tuner with spirit master or squire, then special summon this and destroy any 2 monsters.

Why does Konami keep giving OTK supports like this card to Meta decks only

Ahm im saying shiranui deck does not need this, it does not destroy any monster like the OP said. It's -2 in card advantage to you since it will only destroy your monsters. Shiranui likes to be in the grave but they already have enough ability to do that especially if your add neos engine.

What if I only have one FIRE monster on the field when summoning this card, can it still be summoned?

Yes. But you need to destroy 2 monsters after this card is special summoned. Which means, that fire monster on the field, and Colossus himself lol. Basically pointless.

It's not point less it's a special summon so you still can normal summon after

That was Duel, Standby.

The special summon of this and the Pure of Malice are continuous effects, whereas the destruction effect is activated, and thereby negated by Duel, Standby.
