Evocator Chevalier | Decks and Tips

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with this effect.● You can send 1 face-up Equip Card you control to the Graveyard, then target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target.

• Good ATK stats.
• Can send any face-up Equip Spell card you control to destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

• Weak DEF stats.
• Must become Effect monster to use its Effect.

• You can also use cards like Double Summon or Arrivalrivals in order to gain additional summons for your Excovator Chevalier.
• You can also consider Swords at Dawn to bring back any Equip Spell card from your Graveyard to be Equipped to Excovator Chevalier, as fodder for using its effects.

Supervise is probably the best Equip card to be used with Evocator Chevalier, because it can directly make this monster an Effect monster, and be sent to the Graveyard in order to destroy 1 card your opponent controls, and Supervise is able to Special Summon another Gemini monster from the Graveyard to the Field. Birthright and Soul Resurrection are able to Special Summon any Gemini-type monster to the Field from the Graveyard, in ATK or DEF position respectively. Swing of Memories allows you to Special Summon any Gemini-type monster to the Field from the Graveyard, but it is destroyed during the End Phase. Blazewing Butterfly’s effect allows it to be sent to the Graveyard to Special Summon your Gemini monsters to the Field, and they become Effect monsters. Gemini Summoner can Normal Summon/Set any Gemini monster from your Hand to the Field by paying 500 LP, during your opponent’s End Phase.

These are the recommended Equip cards that you can use on Evocator Chevalier. All the Noble Arms can be Equipped to this monster but if they were destroyed, they must have another “Noble Knight” monster to be able to equip themselves to the monsters, otherwise it stays in the Graveyard. Black Pendant is an excellent equip card to either increase Evocator Chevalier’s ATK, or be used to destroy 1 card your opponent controls and due to this card’s effect, inflict 500 LP damage to them.
