The best removal are Banish and Back to the hand/deck.
All the newest cards do something when you destroy them... Even the spell/trap...

🔥 asshole card, why the hell does cheating Zane have this. It's a Sea Serpent so it's immune to Acid Rain ugh so horrible and unfair.

Yeah, because it's SO difficult to just run a copy of Abyssal Designator and get rid of the only LIGHT Sea Serpent he runs well before he plays it. Or you could run a card like Floodgate Trap Hole that also works against his Fusions. Or just destroy his one Field Spell and not play any of your own.

In a duel where you need all LP you can get, 1000 LP going to waste is not a good idea. And even if there are no field spells on the field, it's still him pulling out a big beater from the middle of nowhere that's immune to all the machine destroying cards.

Abyssal designator makes this a breeze on cerberus zane farm

So the main cards that activate its skill is the field spell cards so do not activate any Field spells and I think this cards will never be available as most skills in the game are field spells so this card will entirely break the game ...

No one at the higher level uses the field spells, except the Dino decks. Field spells are actually pretty rare.
