according to this card's ruling, since this card modifies ORIGINAL ATK and DEF, this card's effect is always applied first before any other ATK/DEF changing effect.

However, since Gren Maju SET its ATK/DEF at a certain amount based on its own effect, Unstable Evolution's effect gets essentially overwritten instead of Gren Maju's ATK change being added into of Unstable Evolution's ATK change.

*forgot to note, all of the above is my own understanding based on how this card's ruling works with other cards, and how Gren Maju itself works.

Well, this is kinda a weaker Megamorph already, so I doubt we're getting Megamorph anytime soon.

Gear golem the moving fortress also works well with this. Since it's special ability makes you pay LP to attack directly, it's easy to get your LP lower to boost it's attack.
