You can discard Malicious to the grave to target a lower level monster you control on the field so it can attack twice. This lets you use Malicious' effect from the grave to special summon another Malicious, which is useful for protection, or Mask Change into Masked HERO Anki. Decider is a good option for the level 4 monster since it returns the discarded Malicious back to your hand at the end of your turn.
Amulet of Ambition has a pretty good attack increasing effect that scales on the levels of the attacking and the attacked target's monster. This often benefits you if you equip it on a low level monster, but you'll still need to have some higher level monsters in the deck so you can use it consistently with Double Attack.
