Can be used if your Life Points are at 2000 or below.
During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw, a powerful card, from outside of your Deck, is added to your hand.
This skill can only be used once per Duel.

They should make a skill that’s the opposite called “Peasant of Games.” When you are in a pinch, you swap out one of your opponents cards with a natorious trash card, like Pot of Generosity or Humble Sentry, when they activate a spell.

Some guy in reddit posted: it is not random. The game algorithm will take into account your cards in hand, LP compared to opponent etc. Then they will give you one of the card based on situation. However that was before skill update. I believe mechanism now is still the same, just different card added into your hand.

Like how it once gave me feather duster when the opponent had high level monsters and no spells/traps and I had nothing useful in my hand

It's random. If it were optional, this skill would be way too powerful. As a random, it "could" turn a game around...or not.

Dude i got it within first 5 farm i did w pegasus when i was farming for extra extra

played against a lucker dog that pulled this harpie card and killed all my S/T and won the game because of that
