Painful Decision lets you pitch a low-leveled Normal monster to your graveyard while adding another copy of that monster to your hand. Use both of these as cost when summoning World Legacy Guardragon Mardark.
Similar to Painful Decision but different in what you pitch and search. For summoning World Legacy Guardragon Mardark you want to pitch a WATER Normal monster to the graveyard and the search is Genex Controller a Normal Tuner monster.
You can Fusion Summon Elemental HERO Neos Knight with a Normal Warrior monster alongside the required Elemental HERO Neos which is a Normal monster. Both these fusion materials will be pulled from your deck so you don't lose any resources.
During your next turn, you can banish those fusion materials in your graveyard to summon World Legacy Guardragon Mardark.
Similar to Neos Fusion in usage except it deals with fusions involving Red-Eyes B. Dragon.
Blue-Eyes decks has the original Normal monster Blue-Eyes White Dragon at its core. Additionally it also has Effect monsters that are treated as Normal monsters in the hand and graveyard which lets you summon Guardragon Mardark easily.
Mardark's effect fits well in a Blue-Eyes deck because they are all about power and swarming the field. The more Dragons on your field the larger debuff Mardark can inflict on your opponent's monsters.
