A "R" card is lv 40 reward card for The great Chazz.. How cool is that? And also a drop reward for serious Chazz now I got like 6 copies so minus the one I got through grinding I would still end up having 5 copies anyway heck even AD LV5 which is a "SR" has a lower drop rate imo. Just sayin

We need more of this dude. I mean, we cannot unleash its true potential because there's no extra copies to discard for its effect (because you won't just shove up a Blue Eyes in the deck for fodder) and we don't have Lv10...
