when farming this with unhappy girl, last turn he has 2 facedowns one of which is def. sakuretsu armor and he just doesn't activate it.. is it because of my deck that's empty? a.k.a broken AI physics?

Maybe he thinks that because unhappy girl has lower atk than any of his monsters, you'll end up losing lifepoints, which is why he doesnt activate the trap. But since Tea and her skill prevents her from losing points, nothing happens.
