Ah I was wondering what the point of this card and Bronk’s skill was. Permanent 800 attack gain twice a duel and 400 after that is much better than what this card first lets on.

If you go first and summon this card on the first turn of the duel, you essentially summoned a 2000 ATK 1800 DEF monster, which is not too shabby for a Level 4 monster.

Also, notably, the ATK gain is permanent.

In a game saturated with OTK (first turn synchro, fusion, special summon), leaving this card on attack position on the first turn is asking to be OTKed
